This couldn't be happening. No, no, no. He refused to accept that. Maria couldn't never die like that. But first, he needed to drag her out of there.

"Maria!!" He yelled as he used the spear to try to reach her, carefully to not hurt her, and trying to bring her close. He had to save her.

Saving her was his priority.
